Roomtone (以下「本アプリ」) は、以下の目的のために端末のセンサーへのアクセス許可を求めます:
- マイク — 周囲の環境音を取り込み、実時間で音響処理を行うために使用
マイクから取り込まれた音声は端末内で実時間処理されるのみで、録音・保存されることはなく、サーバーへ送信されることもありません。本アプリの開発者を含む第三者が、ユーザーの環境音にアクセスすることはありません。
2. 通信
本アプリは、外部サーバーとの通信を行いません。
3. クッキー・トラッキング
本アプリ内ではクッキー・トラッキング・解析ツール (Google Analytics 等) を一切使用していません。
4. 第三者提供
本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を取得しないため、第三者に提供することもありません。
利用規約
1. ライセンス
本アプリは、App Store の規約に基づいてライセンスされます。アプリ本体の再配布・転売・貸与はできません。
2. 生成された音声の権利
本アプリを使って生成・録音された音声は、すべてユーザーに帰属します。個人利用・商用利用を問わず自由に使用できます。開発者はこれらに対する権利を主張しません。
ただし、本アプリに収録されている音源素材そのものを抽出し、単体で再配布・販売することはできません。
3. 免責事項
本アプリは現状のまま提供されます。ご利用にあたって発生した損害について、開発者は責任を負いかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。
4. 聴覚への配慮
本アプリはヘッドホンでの利用を推奨しています。大音量での長時間の利用は聴覚に影響を与えるおそれがあります。適切な音量でご利用ください。
5. 禁止事項
以下の行為を禁止します:
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル
- 本アプリに収録された音源素材の抽出・再配布・販売
- 本アプリを利用した違法行為
- 第三者のプライバシーを侵害する形での録音環境の利用

1. Information We Access
Roomtone (the "App") requests access to the following device sensor for the purpose described below:
- Microphone — used to capture ambient sound and process it in real time
Audio captured by the microphone is processed on your device in real time only. It is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server. No third party — including the developer — can access your ambient sound.
2. Network Communication
The App does not communicate with any external server.
3. Cookies & Tracking
The App does not use cookies, tracking, or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) of any kind.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
The App does not collect any personal information, and therefore never shares any with third parties.
Terms of Use
1. License
The App is licensed under the terms of the App Store. Redistribution, resale, or lending of the App itself is not permitted.
2. Rights to Generated Audio
All audio generated or recorded using the App belongs to you. You may use it freely, for both personal and commercial purposes. The developer claims no rights to it.
However, the sound materials bundled in the App may not be extracted, redistributed, or sold on their own.
3. Disclaimer
The App is provided as is. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
4. Hearing Safety
The App is best experienced with headphones. Prolonged listening at high volume may affect your hearing. Please listen at a reasonable volume.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited:
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the App
- Extracting, redistributing, or selling the sound materials bundled in the App
- Using the App for any unlawful activity
- Using the App in a manner that violates the privacy of others
